At Sreyan’s Creative Studio, we take pride in offering thoughtfully curated, handcrafted, artistic, and personalized products. We carefully inspect and prepare orders before dispatch to ensure that your experience with us is smooth and satisfying.

This Refund & Cancellation Policy explains the circumstances under which orders may be cancelled, returned, replaced, or refunded.

1. Order Cancellation

Cancellation requests should be made as soon as possible after placing the order.

An order may be cancelled if the cancellation request is received before the order has been processed, customized, packed, or dispatched.

Once an order has been dispatched, cancellation may no longer be possible.

For customized, personalized, bespoke, or made-to-order products, cancellation may not be available once production or customization has started.

2. Cancellation by Sreyan’s Creative Studio

We reserve the right to cancel an order in circumstances including:

• The product is unavailable.
• There is an obvious pricing or product information error.
• The customer has provided incomplete or incorrect information.
• The order appears fraudulent or unauthorized.
• Delivery to the specified location is not possible.
• The product cannot be fulfilled due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

If we cancel an order after receiving payment, the applicable amount will be refunded to the customer through the original payment method or another appropriate method.

3. Return Eligibility

A product may be eligible for return or replacement if:

• The product received is defective or damaged.
• The wrong product has been delivered.
• The product is materially different from the product ordered.
• The product does not conform to the description or agreed specifications.

Any return or replacement request should be raised with us promptly after delivery.

We may request photographs, videos, order details, packaging photographs, or other information to assess the issue.

4. Damaged Products

We take care to package our products appropriately, particularly handcrafted and fragile items.

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us as soon as possible after delivery and provide:

• Photographs of the product.
• Photographs of the outer packaging.
• Photographs showing the damage.
• A short video, where reasonably required.

We will review the information and determine the appropriate resolution, which may include replacement, repair, refund, or another suitable solution.

5. Wrong or Incorrect Product

If you receive a product that is different from the product you ordered, please contact us promptly.

After verification, we may arrange a replacement or refund, as appropriate.

Where the error is attributable to Sreyan’s Creative Studio, we will make reasonable arrangements for the return or replacement of the incorrect product.

6. Customized and Personalized Products

Customized, personalized, bespoke, and made-to-order products are created specifically according to the customer’s requirements.

Therefore, such products generally cannot be cancelled, returned, or exchanged once customization or production has begun, except where:

• The product is defective.
• The product is damaged.
• The product is materially different from the agreed specifications.
• The product contains an error attributable to Sreyan’s Creative Studio.
• A different remedy is required under applicable law.

Customers are responsible for checking names, spellings, dates, messages, measurements, designs, and other information supplied for personalization before production begins.

7. Handcrafted and Artistic Products

Many of our products are handcrafted or made using natural materials.

Minor variations in colour, texture, shape, size, pattern, or finish may naturally occur.

Such variations are considered part of the character and uniqueness of handcrafted products and will not ordinarily qualify as defects or grounds for a refund.

However, this does not affect your rights in relation to products that are genuinely defective, damaged, incorrectly supplied, or otherwise not as described.

8. Products Not Eligible for Return

Unless otherwise required by applicable law, the following products may not be eligible for return or exchange:

• Personalized products.
• Customized products.
• Bespoke creations.
• Made-to-order products.
• Products specially commissioned according to customer requirements.
• Products damaged after delivery due to improper handling, misuse, accident, or neglect.
• Products altered or modified by the customer.

9. Return Conditions

Where a return is approved, the product should generally be:

• Unused.
• In its original condition.
• Returned with original packaging, where applicable.
• Accompanied by the relevant order details.
• Free from damage caused after delivery by the customer.

We reserve the right to inspect returned products before approving a refund or replacement.

10. Refunds

If a refund is approved, the refund amount will generally correspond to the eligible amount paid for the affected product or order.

Depending on the circumstances, shipping or other charges may be treated separately.

Where the issue is attributable to Sreyan’s Creative Studio, such as an incorrect, defective, or materially damaged product, we will make reasonable efforts to provide an appropriate remedy in accordance with applicable law.

11. Refund Processing

Once a refund has been approved, we will initiate the refund through the applicable payment method or another appropriate method.

The time taken for the amount to appear in your account may depend on the payment gateway, bank, card issuer, or other financial institution involved.

Sreyan’s Creative Studio is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment providers or banks after the refund has been initiated.

12. Return Shipping

Where a return is required because we have supplied a defective, damaged, incorrect, or materially different product, we will make reasonable arrangements regarding return shipping.

Where a return is requested for reasons unrelated to a defect, damage, incorrect product, or other issue attributable to us, any return shipping costs may be the customer’s responsibility, subject to applicable law and the specific circumstances of the order.

13. Failed or Refused Delivery

If an order is returned to us because the customer:

• Provided an incorrect address.
• Provided an incomplete address.
• Was unavailable to receive the order.
• Refused delivery without an approved cancellation.
• Failed to respond to delivery attempts.

we may contact the customer to arrange further delivery.

Additional shipping or re-delivery charges may apply where permitted.

14. Refunds for Cancelled Orders

If an eligible order is successfully cancelled before processing or dispatch, the applicable payment amount will be refunded.

For orders that have already been customized, produced, packed, or dispatched, cancellation and refund eligibility will depend on the circumstances and applicable policy.
